Refund policy - Terms and conditions

Shipping policy: Please allow 3 business days for payment to process before item ships. Our goal is to ship items immediately after payment processes. Ready to wear wigs are prepared to ship after payment is successful. Shipping can take 3-7 business days. You will be notified when your package is about to ship. You will receive a tracking number immediately. We are not responsible for your package after it ships however we will assist with tracking the package if something goes wrong. All wig orders will require signature for delivery. Please make sure shipping and billing address are the same prior to payment! Fraudulent purchases will not be tolerated! When checking out, you agree to these terms.

Return & Exchange: Due to hygienic and sanitary conditions , ALL sales are Final!  Exchanges and modifications can be done if there is a mistake on our behalf. Please email us @ lannadiorcollection@gmail.com for any questions.
